Unusual Uses For Alka-Seltzer
Clean Your Toilet
Drop two tablets in the toilet, wait 20 minutes for the citric acid to loosen the grime, scrub and flush. Your toilet will look as clean as it would had you used conventional cleaners.
Unclog the Sink
A great natural solution for unclogging the drain! Drop 3 tablets down the drain, followed by a 1/2 cup of vinegar. Let the hotwater run for 5 minutes and you'll have a clear drain. This will also work to deodorize the drain.
Clean Burnt Food Off Glass Cookware
Burnt the casserole again? Even with a good scrub, sometimes the food seems to stay. Enter Alka-Seltzer. Drop 5 tablets in a sink full of hot water, soak your cookware for an hour and the burnt food will come off with ease.
Clean a Glass Jar, Vase or Thermos
For difficult to clean vessels with intricate design and hard to reach places, a wash cloth or scrub brush just won't do. Instead, drop two Alka-Seltzer tablets in, add hot water and swish it around until the tablets are dissolved and let it sit for an hour. Rinse, and the glass jar, vase or Thermos will be as clean as new.
Polish Jewelry
Drop two tablets in a bowl of warm water. Let your jewelry soak for about 20 minutes. It will look new again! (Note: This is not safe for pearls or opals.)
Clean a Coffee Percolator
Fill the water chamber and drop in two tablets, then run a cycle. This will clean out all the internal components. Run through another plain water cycle before using the machine again for coffee.
Go Fishing
Fish love bubbles, and dissolving Alka-Seltzer is very bubbly. Put a tablet inside your tube jig and cast off. The fish won't be able to resist the stream of bubbles.
Soothe Insect Bites
Drop two tablets in warm water, then soak a cotton ball in the solution. Apply it to the infected area for 30 minutes for relief from the insect bites.

Weightloss Products Review
There are alot of weight loss products out there and I have tried what seems like them all.. I am gonna review some of them right now!! I know people say just eat right and exercise, sure that may work, but I am always suckered into trying the latest and greatest..lol.. I am going to list just some of the products i have tried and the outcome.
1. Hydroxycut- This is a weight loss pill that claims to help speed up the metabolism and increase your energy to help you lose weight. Does it work? Yes, but only if you like having that jittery feeling all day. Also made me feel nauseous in the morning after taking it.
2. Body By Vi- This is a weight loss meal replacement shake mix that allows you to make over 100 different kinds of shakes. You replace 2 meals a day and eat a healthy 3rd meal and some healthy snacks throughout the day. Does it work? YES! I actually love the Body by Vi. It tasted great and you have so many options to make so many different kinds of shakes so you never get bored with the same flavor. I lost 4 sizes doing this, but went back to bad eating and gained about 2 sizes back and I plan to eventually get back on it.
3. Acai Berry Pills- These are natural diet pills from Acai Berry Plant that is suppose to help you lose weight without all the Jitters. Does it work? No. I did nothing for me at all.
4. HCG diet- This a a very restrictive diet where you consume 500 calories a day. You take HCG(injects or drops) 15 minutes before or after your meals.. The HCG Tricks you body into thinking you are getting 2000 calories instead of the 500 you are consuming. The menu is very small and not a lot of choices. Does it work?? YES if you stick to it and follow all 4 phases and remain a healthy lifestyle when its over. I did this over a year ago and dropped 13LBS in 21 days. But I stopped and again went back to bad eating. I am currently on this again, I am at 10LB loss in 2 weeks. And hoping for another 10-15LBS in next couple weeks.
5. ITWORKS Wraps- These are wraps that claim to reduce inches off your body just by wearing it for 45 minutes and you continue to loss inches after 72 hours. And you must consume all your water requirement for the day. Does it work? When I tried it the 1st time i notices my pants looser, but the next day the inches came back. Must of just been water weight. Well I decided to give it another try a couple more times and....... NOTHING!! They did not work for me. I am not saying they don't work, but they didn't for me and I think they are a waste of money.
6. Master Cleanse Diet- This is the popular celebrity lemonade diet. Beyonce is a big fan of this one. You drink nothing but this Lemonade all day everyday for at least 10 days. This lemonade consists off Lemons, cayenne pepper, some syrup and other stuff I cant remember. It does not taste to good.. Like a spicy bland lemonade. I last 1 day.. I couldn't stomach the lemonade and was starving. You need some serious will power to stay on this one.
